CREDIT CARD/REMOTE MONITORING OPTION

This monitoring option is an online, web-based software package utilizing the DEX capabilities of our vending board controller. The system uses a wireless GSM modem connected to the water vending unit. The option includes an ARROW VISION kit and connections supplied by Coster Engineering and a registration process with INONE TECHNOLOGIES. Data is available online through a web-based program that only the user can access through a secure log in process.

This option allows machine alerts to be sent to the owner/operator via emails or text messages. Loss of power, out of service, or no activity are only a few of the alerts available. Online reports are also available to track sales history of each machine in the field.

This package in addition to monitoring also allows the use of credit cards by adding a card swipe system from Coster Engineering. This option is available on all new models equipped with our DEX capable coin board.
